Chapter Twelve. General regulations of pre-trial investigation

A decision of a court of appeal was left unchanged, because there was no violation of Section 130.1 of the Latvian Criminal Procedure Code during the pre-trial investigation, and there was no violation of Section 285 of the Latvian Criminal Procedure Code by the court of appeal

The pre-trial investigation is conducted in the area (city) where the crime was committed. It is not for the courts to determine other investigative procedures
